This off balance sheet financing allows an owner to sell an asset or property to us. The owner retains exclusive possession and use of the asset provided that they pay a fixed monthly rental cost on a long term basis.

Once the asset has been sold, a lease arrangement is drawn up immediately with specific details about the monthly payments and time period agreed upon.
